1.Exfoliation

It is the first step and possibly one of the most important: removing dead skin, giving way to a luminous skin for the summer. Exfoliation promotes tanning, as it provides smoothness, elasticity and strengthens the dermis, making it more resistant to the sun.  

For a more complete exfoliation, we recommend you to exfoliate your face and body. Hydration

Moisturizing the skin is the second step to follow. When you get out of the shower, almost by inertia, we recommend you to do it; but be careful! Not all creams are suitable. 3. Protection

This is the star step, the most important to protect the skin. We should apply sunscreen daily, but the vast majority of people are "satisfied" with doing it on the days when the sun is strongest, although if you become aware of this and start to include it as a habit, your skin will be protected daily against UVA / UVB rays, especially on the face, as it is a much more sensitive skin.

4. Feeding

It has always been said that a diet rich in fruits and vegetables is the best for a perfect functioning of the body and mind; and this is absolutely true. In fact, there are many fruits and vegetables that are a great source of antioxidants for the body, such as carrots, pumpkin and apricots; or green leafy vegetables such as spinach and broccoli. So are zucchini, asparagus and even melon. All of them contribute to improve the appearance of the skin and enhance the tan.
